At MINDset, we build every part of the experience with intention—from the message to the material to the moment your order hits your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, and what to do if something needs to be returned.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
• Processing includes order confirmation, quality check, and packaging.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.A & Canada)
• Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days once dispatched.
• All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and availability.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order leaves our facility.
International Shipping
• We currently ship to most international countries.
• Delivery time typically ranges between 7–14 business days, but can vary depending on location and customs clearance.
• All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping Costs
• Domestic Orders Over $100: Free standard shipping
• Domestic Orders Under $100: Flat rate of $10
• International Orders: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
Shipping Notes
• We currently do not offer overnight shipping options.
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order—once it ships, it cannot be rerouted.
Returns Policy
We want every product to support your mindset—not sit unused. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make the return process simple and respectful.
Return Eligibility
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags.
• All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
• Any items returned outside the 14-day window
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@mindsetgoods.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• To exchange an item, follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired product or size.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@mindsetgoods.com.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Additional Information
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we’ll support you in resolving any issues.
• Packages marked as delivered but not received should be reported to the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us for support.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
